Shopping duty free allows international travelers to conveniently purchase goods in a foreign country for personal use without having to pay some or all local duties and taxes in that country. Purchases may still be subject to duties and taxes at your final destination if they exceed your duty free allowance.

Simply present your valid boarding pass each time you make a purchase to enjoy all privileges of shopping duty free.

Generally passengers can take liquid items purchased at shops, located beyond the security screening check points, at BEAUTY&YOU onto their departing flight. However, if such passengers are taking United State or Australian bound flights or have to transfer to another flight at the next port of call, they should check with their airlines on the requirements for carriage of liquid purchases. NOTE: Individual destinations or airlines may have different requirements on the carriage of liquids, aerosols and gels. Please check with your airlines or travel agents in advance.

You may pay cash or with the following payment modes: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, CUP, Alipay, WeChat Pay etc.

BEAUTY&YOU stores accept Hong Kong Dollars, US Dollars and major currencies. However, we do not accept coins.

Hong Kong International Cash Coupons can be used. The expiry date of each cash coupon may be found on the back of the coupon.

Customers can return the unopened, unused or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange for other merchandise within 30 days of purchase at any BEAUTY&YOU stores located in Hong Kong International Airport.

Original sales receipt must be presented in all cases, as proof of purchase in BEAUTY&YOU stores. Transaction record in customer’s mobile phone screen or bank statement is NOT a valid proof of purchase.

Returned merchandise must be in the original conditions as when purchase, including the brand packaging (seals and tags) and it must be all brand new with no sign of wear and tear.

For merchandise exchange, the value of item exchanged must be of equal or higher value. Customer will have to pay the price difference.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the merchandise.

BEAUTY&YOU will be ONLY responsible for the shipping costs or bank fees charged by the customer’s bank that may apply in connection with defective merchandise, wrong merchandise given, or other fault of BEAUTY&YOU. BEAUTY&YOU will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.

Used cash/discount coupons will not be returned to customers in all cases.

All returns and exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. BEAUTY&YOU may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, BEAUTY&YOU’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Traditional and/or Simplified Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy among the versions.

The refund or exchange is more than 30 days of the purchase date.

There is insufficient information or evidence to show the merchandise is damaged prior to purchase.

The proof of purchase is not accompanied.

Any confiscated merchandise due to non-compliance with liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) restriction of the destination or connection country.

It is customer’s sole responsibility to be aware of such restriction and penalty.
